Moving or Deleting a Document
-Moving a document
To move a document, click on the folder that contains the document you wish to move and click on the checkbox next to the document(s) you want to move. Then click on the "Cut" or "Copy" button. Navigate to the folder you would like to move your document to and click on the "Paste" button. Your document will now appear in the new location.
To delete a document, open to your personal folder and click on the checkbox next to the document(s) you want to delete then click on the "delete" button.
-Deleting a document
Select the document you wish to delete. If you are the owner of the document and the document is in draft state, there will be a delete action button. Click on this button to delete the document. Warning: This delete button deletes the document immediately. There is no confirmation. So only click on it if you are sure you want to delete the document.
